Before your prefabricated building units arrive at the Port of Tema, you must prepare the foundation. Depending on the soil conditions in your region (such as the clay soils of Accra or the loam of Kumasi), a simple concrete slab, strip foundation, or concrete piers will be required. All our products are packed securely into standard shipping containers or shipped as flat-packs. Once the vessel docks at Tema Port, you will need a local clearing agent to handle customs clearance.
